Supply and Delivery of four (4) 20 feet container office units, each with the following components installed:
- Air Conditioning Units (12000 BTU, split units).
- Electrical (110/240 volt breaker panels, interior ceiling lights and power socket outlets for open concept office design).
- Toilet and face sinks (separated from office area).
- Windows & Doors (two (2) sash windows with metal security screens and lockable access door with keys).
- Ceiling and interior wall (ceiling panels, insulated paneled walls)
- Painting (interior and external)
